Specific enough to be broken, which is the point. If we fall short on any of these, say so and we will put it right.
The price we quote is the price you pay
One figure on the call, covering attendance, recovery and drop-off. It moves only if the job turns out to be genuinely different from the description, and only after we have rung you and you have agreed.
An honest arrival time, revised honestly
We tell you the range we believe rather than the one that keeps you on the phone. If traffic turns against us you get a call. If we cannot reach you quickly, we say so and you are free to try someone closer.
Your vehicle travels on the bed
Not on a rope and not on its wheels. Straps over the wheels, condition photographed before and after loading, and goods-in-transit cover for the journey.
The cheap fix gets tried first
If a jump start, a wheel change or a fuel drop will genuinely get you moving, that is what you pay for. If it will not hold, we say so rather than leaving you to break down again in ten miles.
